C-HOTELS DIPLOMAT, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is wonderfully situated just across Santa Maria Novella train station, making it a convenient choice for those needing to be near the station in Florence. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, but slightly on the warmer side. The staff was friendly and welcoming, despite appearing quite busy. The dining experience offered a fantastic range of choices, keeping us satisfied throughout the day. The location couldn't be more ideal for exploring the city's major sites within a 15-minute walk.

The hotel was situated next to the road, presenting a little bit of noise but ultimately clean and good rooms. The service was very helpful and friendly, making up for the slight inconvenience of the location. The central location near the Florence centre was a definite highlight, despite the industrial feel of the street.
